The short summary is that he's a friendly, slightly idiotic cop who's actually a misogynistic, misanthropic murderer. Who uses TVs as his main murder weapon. He's a goddamn asshole who's good at lying about it.
Last but not least, give us your character's standard "holy shit, I woke up in a mysterious world for no apparent reason! What the shit is going on!?" intro post.
...Oh man, I am in so much trouble. :( Cops aren't meant to get kidnapped. Oh man, they took my gun, too...
